By using this website you accept the following terms and conditions.

Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

Any treatment purchased on this website may be used at the Blush Beauty beauty salon in Finchley only. We do not offer refunds for gift vouchers. If you pay for and book a treatment through this website you must give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation if you wish to amend the treatment date or time. Failure to give at least 24 hours notice will result in your treatment being charged at the full rate, and no refund will be issued.


All products sold on this website are delivered by electronic means (email). All product codes and order confirmations will be sent via email within 24 hours of purchase (Monday-Friday).

Cancellations Policy

We ask that clients provide us with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations, or rescheduling.

Where an appointment has been cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the appointment time we reserve the right to charge your account in full for the treatments booked.

Any deposits made for treatments are non-refundable in the event that you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Demerit Points

Clients who cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours notice will receive a demerit on their account. Clients who accrue 2 or more demerits will lose their ability to make bookings in advance, and may only request same day appointments.

Clients who accrue 2 or more demerits may only request same day (standby) appointments.

Booking Confirmation

We will send a confirmation email and/or text message the day before your appointment. Please ensure we have your current mobile number and email address. Not responding to the confirmation will not be taken as a request to cancel, you need to contact the salon by phone or email.
