By using this website you accept the following terms and conditions.

Booking Confirmation

We will send a confirmation email and/or text message 48 before your appointment. Please ensure we have your current mobile number and email address. Not responding to the confirmation will NOT be taken as a request to cancel, you need to contact the salon by phone or email.

Cancellations and Refunds

We ask that all clients provide us with a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations, or rescheduling.

Where an appointment has been cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the appointment time, we reserve the right to charge your account in full for the treatments booked.

We appreciate that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please understand that when you cancel your appointment with little/no notice, you prevent someone else from being able to fill that appointment, which in turn means we lose out on business. To enable us to fill those spaces, we kindly request that as a matter of courtesy, you provide us with at least 48 hours notice. If less than 48 hours notice is given, the booking fee will be forfeited and another booking fee will be required to secure any further appointments.

All booking fees are transferable ONLY if more than 48 hours notice is given.

If there is an issue with any service provided, then please let us know immediately to give us the best chance at rectifying the problem. In no circumstance will a refund be issued after a full service has been received.

Any treatment or voucher purchased on this website may be used at Blush Beauty salon in Finchley only. We do not offer refunds on gift vouchers.

Appointments

We ask that you arrive to your appointment on time. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible so we can try and best accommodate. If you are running more than 5 minutes late, your appointment time may be reduced, or in some cases this may mean that your appointment will be rescheduled, and the booking fee will be forfeited. This will mean another one will be required in order to re-book.

COVID-19

Due to social distancing restrictions, you should attend your appointment alone. This will help us to reduce the number of people coming in and out of the salon. You will be required to sanitize your hands upon entry with the sanitizer provided. Please remember to always wear a face mask in the salon unless we require you to remove it for treatment.

Shipping

All products sold on this website are delivered by electronic means (email). All product codes and order confirmations will be sent via email within 24 hours of purchase (Monday-Friday).
